All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

We ship from ENGLAND, USA, and China — your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

For most regions, parcels arrive in about a week after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, please contact them to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery may require a small re-shipping fee (up to $15).
If your parcel was marked as “Returned to Sender”, simply write to support@aurabits.shop, and we’ll help you get it sorted.
