Refund & Return Policy
At Aurabits, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Return Period
You can request a return or exchange within 60 days after receiving your product.
After 60 days, we unfortunately can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
When Returns Are Accepted
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Our return policy applies in the following situations:
1. Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it at no cost.
Please send a photo or short video showing the issue to support@aurabits.com and once confirmed, we’ll process your replacement or refund immediately.
If you paid postage to return a defective item, we’ll also refund that shipping cost.
2. Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns as long as shipping costs are covered by the customer.
3. Holiday orders
For purchases made up to two weeks before major holidays (such as Christmas or Thanksgiving), we extend the return window to 60 days after the holiday.
Return Instructions
Before sending any items back, please contact us at support@aurabits.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Items must be securely packaged and sent with tracking.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase in the package.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, we recommend using a trackable or insured delivery service.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where:

Items are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts.

The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not claimed and returned to us, a $30 fee may apply to cover shipping and handling costs.
Missing or Late Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:

Check your bank or card account again.

Contact your card provider — processing can take a few days.

Reach out to your bank if needed.
If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, email us at support@aurabits.com — we’ll assist right away.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable, except for specific Aurabits products explicitly marked as refundable at purchase.
